After the massive comeback re-release of their first album & their special reformation for a series of concerts in London, the re-release of their second 1980 album produced by Rick Ocasek (The Cars) was released on Blast First on 28th June 1999.CD 1 features the full album + extra tracks in the form of the A (Dream Baby Dream - their biggest "hit") & B (Radiation) sides of the single of the time. CD 2 is 45 minutes of all previously unreleased tracks from their first rehearsals in 1975. The fourteen tracks show a surprisingly commercial bent, being mostly songs rather than being nascent versions of the material that appears on the first album. Suicide fans will have their first chance to see how the band evolved.
Both the CD & limited vinyl feature a lengthy interview & sports a wild new cover showing the boys in their 1972 street clothes.
